Chris and his staff were wonderful to us in our time of need. We were treated like family. They were so professional and helpful. They handles any request we had and were priced right. I have recommended them to other family members. Would definitly use Ratell Funeral Home again. Thank you Chris for treating my dad with the respect and care he deserved, and for being so wonderful with our nmany family memebers.

I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care, empathy and dedication my family and I received from Chris Powers and his associate Caitlyn Feeley during my family's time of grief. From when we first called the funeral home at 4:00am that long morning, to helping us navigate "next steps" in the weeks following our loss - their demeaner was always happy to help answer our questions and guide us in the right direction. Above all else Caitlyn & Chris' interpersonal skills to handle the array of personalities and reactions to this loss with such grace was truly remarkable. I truly believe that as we process our family's deep loss, it would've been much harder without all of their genuine support - thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Overcharges and preys on people in there time of need. 1700 more then other funeral homes. For same exact funeral. And the funeral director is basically a used car salesman working at a funeral home. Super unprofessional. Cares only about your money. Nothing about the family in need. I get it u have to have a tough shell to work at a funeral home but trust me ..guy will treat you like hes selling you a used car.
