I highly recommend Walker Sanderson. We lost our baby at 30 weeks and suddenly had to choose a mortuary and figure out all the arrangements while in a state of shock and grief. Madison and Eddie were amazing in holding our hands through the whole process. I truly appreciated their compassion and gentleness and how well they took care of us and our baby. From picking up our sweet baby from the hospital, to explaining and giving suggestions for the service, and even following up months later to see how we were doing. They even put up a temporary headstone marker until we had her monument installed, which made the visits much more special. Absolutely incredible service! Never once did it feel like a sales pitch or rushed. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Jason was amazing during this very difficult time. I called when my uncle passed and he answered my questions and then offered to meet the following day in person on a Saturday. Everything has been handled with dignity and compassion. Throughout the following weeks I was assisted by many people in the office Who were patient, helpful and kind. The service at Walker Sanderson Funeral Home Helped make a very unpleasant time manageable And worry free. I’m very grateful for all they’ve done.

The services were beautiful. My mother did not want a big viewing so we had a hour and a half for people to come and pay their respects prior to the services at the cemetery. We had some pictures, yearbooks, and some of her belongings laid out. There were plenty of comfortable seats and couches. It was very casual and exactly what she would have wanted. My mother pre paid for her services several years before she passed. If you have the option to do this I strongly recommend it. After the passing of your loved ones, worrying about paying for the services and wondering what they would have wanted is taken care of. I am so grateful my mother thought to do this. Walker-Sanderson did a beautiful job and were very respectful and kind through the entire process. Highly recommended.
