I met with Susan from Woodlawn to prepare and eventually finalize wake and funeral plans for my boyfriend. She made a very stressful situation much easier. When I was 2 hours late for an appointment, she waited. Every accommodation I needed during this time, she provided. The rest of the staff was polite and sincere. Their presence and guidance getting ready for the funeral procession and the funeral itself allowed the family to focus on what was most important at the time and not the details needed to make it happen. Professional, kind and compassionate sums up my entire experience with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral provider.
