Update to my previous post: On August 26th I sent an online complaint to Cullman Heritage Funeral Home, owner is Doug Williams and he also own sWilliams Southside. To date no one has responded to my message. This further lets me know that NO one cares!! This place needs work. The road getting into the funeral home is in horrible shape. They are too cheap to spend the money to fix it up nice. The cemetery is barely kept up. My father’s head stone is covered in dirt/ant beds. I was by there today but didn’t have anything with me to clean it off. These people just want to make money and care nothing about keeping the place up.
