My experience with Thea at Wiefels & Son was beyond! Thea is so personable and genuinely cared for my family in a way that is hard to put into words. From the beginning she helped us with choosing the urn. She gave us comfort in the process. When mom passed away Thea was on it and made sure mom was picked up and transported to the Yucca Valley location. We were able to feel at ease knowing she was taking care of everything. On the day of moms cremation I was able to go and be apart of the cremation process. My mom never liked being alone and it gave me peace inside knowing I was there and apart of it all. Place is amazing , best prices in town from Joshua tree to the lower desert, people here are super sweet and helpful, especially Rob Strickland. This experience turned out really peaceful, I’d recommend this spot

The staff at Wiefel's are amazing, compassionate, and great at what they do. I have been speaking with Thea from the Yucca Valley office, and she has made this very difficult time for our family more bearable. She has bent over backwards to do everything she can to make our experience the best she possibly can. I was feeling very overwhelmed in the beginning of the loss of our loved one, but she has really helped make the process much easier for our family. I cannot imagine this is an easy job, but she is definitely passionate about what she does. I will never be able to say enough to thank this business for all of their help and compassion. If you lose a loved one, they are definitely the #1 place I would recommend to help with the arrangements for laying your loved ones to rest. I have dealt mostly with Thea, however, when I have called, everyone I have spoke with has been more than supportive and pleasant. Thank you for all you do!
