Musgrove Family Mortuary has an excellent reputation in our community for good reason. They are highly professional and sensitive and took good care of us. Their staff and facilities are wonderful. They really helped our family find peace and calm at a difficult time.

My experience with Musgrove was beyond awful. They interred my mothers ashes but "forgot" to let me know when that was happening. My mother was interred with no one there who knew or loved her. Months later I checked to see why her headstone had not been placed. It had not even been ordered yet because they needed to ask a question about it. Months later, no call, don't know when that would have been ordered if I had not contacted them. All I got was a bunch of lame excuses about how busy they were. And if that was not enough, the idea that holding a Halloween event at West Lawn cemetery is absolutely outrageous and so disrespectful to the loved ones buried there and the families that mourn them. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I am having a hard time putting together my words because the loss of my father is the hardest loss I have ever experienced. From the first phone call Musgrove made the process seamless. From picking up my dad at my home to deciding on services and finally picking up my dad. They had his Urn displayed with beautiful flowers and it felt like they truly cared about him. I really hope I don't have to plan services for anyone else for a very long time but at least I know I can trust Musgrove if I do.
