My wife died suddenly and unexpectedly. The family had used Stetson Funeral Home in the past, so I went with them. From the night she died at home Stetsons provided 1st class service. The police notified them of her death and within an hour they were here professionally and sensitively removing her body. Brock Thomas called the next morning and my daughter and I met with quickly. She died Thursday night, Brock coordinated with the medical examiner and made all the arrangements to have her memorial service less than 6 days later. Top notch service with sensitivity! I want to thank Tommy for truly honoring the burial service that my family felt best represented what my dad would have wanted. Tommy's down to earth approach and generally personable demeanor made a difficult time less stressful and more personal. He really listened to what we shared as being the essence of who my dad was and what we wanted to portray at the burial. Tommy helped us elevate the burial we had planned by choosing and reading some very appropriate poems and psalms. Unexpected passing of my mother put me and my family in a situation I hope none of you ever have to go through. Stetsons was where my mom was brought to and from the night she passed to the day I picked her up from cremation they were absolutely incredible to deal with. To me my mom was the best and I am fortunate to say she was handled by the best. Special thank you to Katelyn and Elizabeth, you both have one of the hardest jobs and your ability to help in the time of need doesn’t go unnoticed.
