Although this funeral did a swell job at organizing my late step-grandfather's funeral back in 2007, I had to remove a star due to these people being lazy on terms of creating obituaries. My grandmother passed away in early-2024, & I already had an obituary for her ready & upon giving them the USB drive, they couldn't "insert" it to their system without me personally seeing nor informed of the specifics to the issue & instead they chose to use an AI program to make a lacking summary of said-obituary. The overall funeral services were swell, but it was quite disappointing that they had to chop-up her obituary that it was made on behalf of not just me, but to our entire then-mourning family.

Stephens Funeral Home took amazing care of our family in our time of need. They went above and beyond their duties. I highly recommend Stephens Funeral Home. We walked in and were in aw at how beautifully designed their location was. It does NOT at all look like the gloom of a funeral home.

I wish I could give them a 0. If Ranny was alive, he would be horrified. We tried to do business locally with Stephens, but received defensiveness when we questioned their prices for services for our mother. We took our business out of town because Stephens thought they were the only option. Game over, Stephens! Bullock took great care of us!
