This was such a disgrace to the family, and by us knowing Mrs Barbara Speer for years we no she is turning over in her grave,there is no way she would have handled business like this. Yes we appreciate everything that Dion did for the family in getting her ready but this Cynthia Hull-Shelton the new owner is a hot damn mess her services is beyond ridiculous. She's rude as I've been hearing I would not recommend her services to a person burying their pet. I hate to to give her ass even 1☆ . If you don't want your loved one being left in a car unattended and with keys in the ignition for a period of time while your doing another service you best not choose to let your loved one go here. .My family McDonough family has been dealing Speer for years. Barbara was a very close family friend and was very compassionate. The new owners Cynthia and Edwin are bringing a new standard to mcdonough and the Speer funeral home. We recently used them not one complaint from the family. Cynthia was very professional and kind. There is no more Barbara. It's the New Speer &Shelton funeral home. Keep up the good work Cynthia.
