Let me start by saying this: The staff at Rouse Mortuary was OUTSTANDING!!! I live out of town, so I needed a service that was responsive, compassionate, professional, and above all, able to work with someone who needed to execute a great deal of business over the phone and via computer. I needed a company that was knowledgeable in all areas of handling an unexpected death, from picking up my love one to executing the death certificate. I communicated primarily with Linda, but I met Norma first, and loved her spirit. I worked with Riley when Linda was away, and found her to be just as responsive as Linda and Norma. Every concern, phone call, and next-step was executed with precision. This company truly works as a team. When death strikes, sometimes we don't get a warning. When that time occurs in your family, you want Rouse Mortuary Services to answer the call. The staff stepped in and calmed the storm when my family needed it. We cannot thank them enough. What can I say? They took care of my mom and my dad wonderful people very caring and thoughtful and one day. I hope they do my cremation. I would highly recommend them to anyone that suffers the loss and they are looking to be cremated. They are the most wonderful people that I’ve ever Had a chance to meet thank you so much guys.
