About a month or so ago, my mother passed. As soon as we called Rose Lynn's funeral home, they we there within an hour. The two men were so kind and considerate to us, as we gave our Mother her going away kisses. We went to the funeral the day later. Our assistant at the home was so kind and understanding as we answered the questions asked. He helped us with all the details needed to make the funeral a success. He gave us ample time to share our thoughts and ideas of how we wanted our Mother to be placed in the coffin. He was so patient and understanding at this sad time for us. On the day of the funeral when they opened the coffi, my mother was soooo beautiful. She looked so much like herself. Her make-up was just perfect. Her lipstick was a soft pink. She looked just like our mother. Our family was very pleased with the excellent care they gave her. I would recommend this funeral home to all of you who are reading this message. My mom passed away in October & Rose Lynn was the funeral home we chose to use. From making the arrangements to the business end of things I was treated with care & dignity by all staff. Under new management - they did their best to guide me through the process of planning a funeral. I thank Edward for all his help & guidance in the planning. And for being courteous & professional. I thank the staff who had mom looking her best for the services. That meant a lot to me. And Stephanie, the funeral director who was at the service at St. Joseph Church in Paulina... Me & my family were treated like family by her that day. We (me, my family, & mom) were treated well by Rose Lynn.
