At a recent funeral I attended this week at Whitley Garner, I had sent flowers to the family, only to discover that the arrangement was not there. The floral company had not sent them. When speaking with the staff, primarily, Debbie Mayfield, she immediately set into action. She called a local florist, spoke on my behalf of needing a new arrangement immediately, and even cleared up my situation with the other florist. She went above and beyond her actual job description. The flowers arrived within 7 minutes from the time of the service. A miracle. This type of service is not everywhere. I was so pleased and thankful for the quality of customer service and satisfaction from the directors and staff here. She went above and beyond her call. Thank you!!

I lost my husband in October of last year. The staff at Whitley Garner at Rosehaven Funeral home were the most professional, supportive, kind, warm, and welcoming people. Robbie and Debbie went above and beyond any expectation to support my family and I during our devastating loss. Prior to my husband’s passing, he attended a funeral at Rosehaven and he spoke so highly about the atmosphere and staff. So, when he passed I knew this would be the place to have his funeral. They beautifully staged the room with his memorabilia honoring his past and the wonderful man he was to so many. Family and friends spoke of the setting and staff months afterwards. Robbie was always available to take my calls, making me feel like my family was priority. I’ll never forget his kindness nor any of the staff, especially Debbie. In essence, everyone made an extremely difficult time less overwhelming. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this funeral home!

The whole team was so attentive to detail for my mother’s funeral. I walked in feeling so lost and walked out knowing my mom was going to be taken care of. Her makeup was spot on and she looked beautiful!
