I am a physician and know how patients are transported to the morgue in the hospital. I thought a mortuary would be even more respectful when transporting from a home to their facilities. These two insincere men walked into our home, and after looking at my mother said they would not use a stretcher but instead use their “mobile stretcher” after verifying the family wanted to remain in the room, they unfolded a grey plastic body bag, unzipped it, rolled my mother in it, and carried her out. They did not ask whether we had a ramp which we did for her wheelchair nor did they check and see where they’re there were larger doors for them to remove my mother’s remains. The hospice nurse, and caregivers who have experience with this protocol were horrified with the crass and unprofessional behavior. I certainly hope this is not because my mother is Chinese and there might be bias?!?? I would not recommend this facility for a pet much less a loved one.

I don't know how I would have gotten through my Mother's passing without Mike Johnson and his professional team. He/they were so professional and compassionate. They made arrangements quickly and followed through seamlessly. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company to aid you in your grieving process.

I highly recommend Rochester Cremation Services. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. When our loved one passed away, we wanted only very basic services. The cost at this place was less than half what others were going to charge us. They never tried to sell us additional, more costly services. The people we worked with were kind and professional. If you want a beautiful funeral home with expensive furniture and staff dressed in tailored suits, go elsewhere. If you are looking for final arrangements for your loved one that are economical and delivered in an efficient manner by compassionate professionals, this is the place for you.
