These kind folks gave my Dad a great visitation/funeral. Justin took good care of my Dad he looked so beautiful and peaceful. My family wants to thank everyone at ORPFH for everything they did for my family. Sincerely, Kyle Willis

Have always used Oldham Roberts and Powell and loved them . But this last time we used them for my mom and they messed up so many times on the obituary I can’t count and it was messed up for the services . Made me feel horrible like I didn’t do enough. Didn’t explain anything about what we was suppose to do at the services . Left the flowers they had taken to the grave site and left it there where the prayer was. They was suppose to had taken it to the grave . Didn’t set the book marks out .

You would think dealing with the lose of a loved one that a place would do their best to try and make everyone feel comfortable. I have never felt so unwelcome to a place in my life as I did here. Along with others attending the service, we also dealt with issues of them trying to dictate how the funeral would go. We felt rushed and were asked to do things we didn't want to do. On top of that, at the end of the service, I was told on the phone to shut up and other words and then hung up on because I had an issue with missing flowers. Which btw one of them was found in another part of the funeral home after I was told they didn't have any. The icing on the cake was the pastor saying the wrong name multiple times as well. All day there was a negative energy to this place and if I could give less than a 1 star I would.
