My uncle passed recently and had prearranged his services with Newcomer. The entire experience was very professional and far beyond our expectations especially given that my uncle was a frugal man and purchased the bare minimum plan. The facility was nicely appointed and first class. They provided a wonderful minister to provide over the service and he did an excellent job. Newcomer helped us pick the service we wanted. You can take what you prefer, and leave what you don't. Funerals are never cheap, but this gives you more control. There was no pressure and Hope, a Director is youthful looking, however, is highly skilled at her job. She has a degree, and 10+ years of experience. She has truly been a Godsend through the loss of my husband & Gary-Office Manager is a pleasant communicator for all things needing to be completed. Both made sure things went very smoothly. Planning a funeral is never easy, but they made it less painful. Tysm!
