We recently experienced the loss of my brother and had to navigate the difficult process of arranging his final resting place. Mindy Kim was incredibly compassionate and kind throughout, providing support and guidance during such an emotional time. The cemetery itself is a beautifully maintained and peaceful place, which brought us comfort in the midst of our grief.

Since the funeral home is right off the freeway, the noise is incredible before entering the doors. This is disturbing when you are grieving. It’s not anything they can help necessarily, but I felt it was worth mentioning. I’ve attended 3 funerals at this funeral home over the years. This latest one was this week. The other 2 funerals were some years ago, so I was surprised to see the new decor in the gathering room. It seems less traditional than before. The chairs were very uncomfortable and small. The pew type seating was more comfortable and felt more inviting. They also removed the carpet and put down some type of wood flooring. The burial grounds are very pretty with the new expansion. I don’t plan to be buried myself, so it’s not a selling point for me personally. The staff are all welcoming and smiley. They did a great job setting up a themed table for my uncle. They were also accommodating by letting us come back to pick up the flowers and pictures we brought for the table. We had a lunch to host, so it was going to be difficult to take everything immediately after the service. They have tissue on every row of the seating. Mints and water are also available at the entrance. As for value, I can’t comment much on that part. It’s ridiculous how expensive it is to die. This is a huge money making business. These type reviews are difficult to do. Being objective is the best you can do for these establishments. All in all, the experience was good. It wasn’t my funeral to host, but I was right along side my aunt, so I was very aware of the cost, setup, process, etc.

She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional with providing insight and valuable information. She made the entire process seamless and helped navigate us through a very stressful time.
