Mr. McDowell came highly recommended by my parents' nurse prior to my father passing. Mr. McDowell was extremely patient and compassionate in discussing everything with my mother. He was there at the house at 4 am to pick up dad's remains and took care of everything. He went above and beyond making sure my father's final wishes were taken care of and that my mother's instructions were followed to the letter. My father passed away here in DFW and was buried in Louisiana and Mr. McDowell handled everything from start to finish including personally transporting my father's remains, the ceremony, and securing a concrete box to place my father's coffin in. He went over everything in detail with my mother twice and he absolutely performed 100% to what he promised. The ceremony was beautiful and Mr. McDowell even handled contacting the military for dad's funerary entitlements.
