I’m forever grateful for the services rendered by March Funeral Home. They did a phenomenal job on my loved one. When I say she looked beautiful so natural when I saw her I couldn’t help but smile in awe. It was so hard to close that casket but they were with me and my family every step of the way. They showed up early with the limos fully aware of races going on in the city and had an alternate route paved out. In addition to the refreshments. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you.

March East did a good job making sure my loved one looked his best. The organist that played at my loved one's service was phenomenal! The assistant funeral direct was better than the actual funeral director, but besides that..... March East made other mistakes that, to me, were unacceptable. When your family is grieving, the last thing you want to do is be on the phone with the funeral home all the time making sure that they are doing their job. Their bedside manner is terrible, and although it's a business for them, they make you feel like it's a business; I felt like I was just money to them. For what was paid, all I should've had to do was show up and pay my respects, not chase behind the office staff and my director for help. I would never recommend March East to anyone. Maybe it was a bad day/ bad week or whatever, but that's no excuse.

The folks at March Funeral Home are always professional. They have always taken their time to understand what the needs of our family are and accommodated us, even when it sometimes falls outside of their request or requirements. Although I'm not a fan of funerals, I would definitely recommend March should you need a competent and compassionate funeral home.
