Glenn and his talented team were there for me and my family during what was easily the worst time of our lives. They took care of everything and allowed us to focus on what was most important. My family and I could not be more appreciative or give them enough stars. Thank you so much for helping us during this extremely difficult time!

I am a Labor and Delivery Nurse, I had a patient whose baby unfortunately passed away. Manchester Funeral Home was suggested to them by a friend. The mother asked if I could call them and get the process started. I spoke with Jacklyn multiple times, she was very helpful and kind. She made the process to easy for this grieving family. Dustin showed the upmost respect and kindness when he came to the hospital for the remains. I am so impressed with how wonderful their staff has been to work with, especially during such a difficult time.

My uncle was a Desert Storm Marine Veteran. After the war he became a Truck driver with an impeccable driving record and a 6th sense for direction. He passed unexpectedly and on our way to the graveside they went the wrong way in the procession to the cemetery and after a few miles of honking, as my poor mother and grandmother wailed uncontrollably, I had to call emergency services to get It turned around…. And they got lost again 🤦‍♂️. I ended up having to pass the hearse on a country road and escort ourselves to the cemetery. The administration was so embarrassed no one spoke to us…. Mind you we are distantly related to the manager and the driver of the hearse at that smh 🤦‍♂️. Then after we paid everything up front cash in hand in full, it took 11 months, 3 managers, and lots of phone calls later until I finally reached the owner and regional manager, to get his Tombstone placed. 24 hours later the stone was set and placed. This is just 1 instance of these issues happening to our family and some friends as well. Very old and outdated visually as well as technologically Go to central folks.
