I know it seems odd and a little creepy to review a funeral home, but Loy-Giffin deserves all five stars and for everyone to know it. Any time someone passes, no matter how prepared you are, it is a difficult situation. My family was faced with this last year, and we went to Loy-Giffin, and received nothing but kindness, understanding, and support. We mostly dealt with Jerry, the long time owner of the funeral home, and he was absolutely lovely. He was thoughtful, kind, and honest. And he gently lead us through the process of burying a loved one. There's so much more to passing away than the average person realizes, and Jerry was respectful, present, and accommodating. He really helped us during a difficult time, and I don't have enough space in this review to describe how helpful and warm he was, and how I will forever be grateful for that.

If I could, I would give 10 stars to the Loy-Giffin funeral home. They handled the funeral for my father and were just so kind, compassionate, and professional. They led us through the whole process, took care of absolutely everything and followed up until the last detail was complete. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
