Frank, Lonnie & staff were great to work with, the funeral director was soo helpful & compassionate. They took care of all the details so efficiently, sensitively & with dignity for us as grieving parents but also for my Son who unexpectedly passed. Local Cremation and funerals made the painful process easier to bear as they handled all the particulars for cremation so professionally with respect and compassion. The director and staff were exceptionally helpful and caring when my mother passed in November. We were away on a trip when she passed. The caregivers and hospice people were so good and reaffirmed that we didn’t need to return immediately. Early arrangements had been made with Local Cremation talked with us in early morning hours to assure they were handling everything.. they called again after coroner gave permission and they had transported her body to their facility. They continued to reassure that there was no need for payment until ashes were presented to us. They do what they say and above expectations!
