I want to thank the staff at Lincoln for their compassion during this difficult time. From our initial phone call and throughout the arrangement process, their attention to details, outstanding follow up calls are second to none. Crystal kept me informed and updated throughout the process. I can’t thank her enough for all her help. From the start I knew my brother was in good hands and being cared for. The presentation of the urn (pictured) when Sandy arrived to pick up Tom brought tears to her eyes. It was so dignified and respectful. A memory she will never forget. I highly recommend Lincoln to take care of your loved one and your family when the need arises.

I would love to give 5 stars but I have had issues. My mom is in a vault, if you leave "holiday themed flowers" they will remove them completely immediately after the holiday. The industry (not just Lincoln) completely taken advantage of people grieving and having to bury their loved one. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. It's outrageous to bury someone. Preplanning is the best option but still a huge added bill/ expense every month. The grounds are kept up well and staff have always been kind and helpful. Staff could do a better job on communication with customers (like after I purchased a vault for my mother upon her death, I was told the only fee for my father when he passes would be an opening and closing fee/ casket) but come to find out there's a bunch of other service fees, employee expenses, they charge for the person who operates the machine that puts the body into the vault etc) So that all is another several thousand..... After my mama passed, I had purchased the plaque ( they were quick to want their money and take it) but it took several months to get it and no response from the coordinator when they had given me a date it would be installed but that date came and passed. Also staff should NOT sign documents for their clients!!! I was planning on e-signing documents but seen it had already been signed by the staff I was working with. Not very professional to do in my books.

Bailey and her team at the funeral home were absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel comfortable and supported during such a difficult time. They took the time to listen to our ideas and wishes for my mother "Maggie" service, and managed to create a memorable and heartfelt tribute that truly honored her life. The attention to detail and compassion shown by Bailey and her team went above and beyond our expectations. I could not have asked for a better memorial service for my mother.
