I am so grateful my mother picked James and Lipford funeral home. Dorothy was an Angel with her help in every single step of this process with my family. You could feel the love that everyone has that work there. They were affordable and fair and put in so much time into making the viewing and service something that would have made my mother proud. If I could put 10 stars I would!!

When our beautiful daughter passed away, Miss Dorothy was a godsend. I could not have imagined that someone in her position could be as compassionate and concerned about our family and helping us deal with our unimaginable loss, as well as giving our daughter the dignified farewell that she deserved. She is genuine and just a beautiful soul that God has placed on this Earth to comfort others in their time of loss. I have never met anyone like her. I can never thank her enough.

Dorothy has served our family through many losses. She and her staff always go above and beyond to make things as easy as possible in such a difficult time. She genuinely cares about the families that she serves. I would never trust my loved ones with anyone else.
