My dad passed recently, did not have money for a funeral so we decided cremation. Florencia has made the process so easy and she kept us informed along the way, if we had any questions she did not hesitate to answer her phone right away. Sad I have to go through this, but thank you for making everything so easy during this time of grief. We are forever grateful

Very unprofessional. We had a service for my father this past weekend. We had reserved a room for viewing that ended up being double booked. They moved us to the ceremony area and promised to make it right with coffee and pastries. We then told our guests and it was not delivered. There is only one chance to make things right for a funeral and they dropped the ball big time.

I wish I would read the reviews before going with this place, please be careful, yes now I see that these employees are very money greedy and don’t care about the customers paying for a service, please read carefully the contracts you are signing, and have them explain detailed by detailed don’t sign anything till you are assured that they explained everything to you, the fact that now I feel like this employee was only after her commission and not there for me when I was inquiring for the service, is really sad. they are trying to make me pay a fee for service she never explained that was included in my package and the fact that she hasn’t returned my call nor called me for a follow up makes them really unprofessional.
