He went above and beyond to put my mind at ease and handle the cremation of my Max… He was much more than a dog… He was my Baby, my Best friend, my World… Your kindness and compassion will not be forgotten. The worst experience of my life. Not only were we dealing with the hardship and heartbreak of having to bury someone, we also had to deal with this unprofessional, money grab funeral service to boot. Who knew it'd cost EXACTLY how much your loved one was receiving from retiring from the union?(to the tune of $15,000) What a coincidence. And on top of that, they didnt offer us any advice about the correct format tthe pictures needed to be in order to create a slide show until the day of the funeral. There were several other issues that came up and the way they were handled left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again. And to be quite frank the person responsible for making your loved one ready for the viewing is either blind or had their eyes closed. THE. WORST. EXPERIENCE.
