Maria Guillen is so very compassionate and bends over backwards to provide excellent services. Guillen funeral home also has been renovated and is so beautiful. When my brother passed she helped with all needed documentation for him as he was a vet he had the whole service with gun salute flag ceremony. Then five years later his wife passed and she did an excellent job for her as well Just love this lady

These ppl were horrible to my aunt. They deserve 00000 stars. Not only did she lose her only son but they made her pay 5k up front in cash (weird). Then they tell her you have to bring 2 generators bc the area to view him doesn't have power. They initially had put my cousin in the foyer entrance by the tv. My church ppl had to call to tell me. They didn't offer to reschedule or discount. Then they put my cousin in a gray casket when she ordered white. Her and my mom told her repeatedly white. They were arguing with my aunt the day of the viewing. We had to have guest be in the dark room with a generators with only fans. No music was available or TV screens. I had to bring my laptop for the slides and a Bluetooth speaker. It was a very horrible place. They also didn't talk at the end of the service. They did nothing. The day of the burial they didn't really talk to us or explain things to us. My family hasn't buried anyone since 1998. This funeral home is an absolute disgrace to funeral homes. They threw out our loved ones belongings rather than giving it to the family. They asked for it back and they still failed to do so. They handled his body poorly. They left his body in the viewing room over night with no AC. The next morning his body smelled horribly. When you walked in the funeral home you could immediately smell him. The excuse the funeral home gave was that they didn’t expect so many people to show up on the second day. There was zero remorse for the way they mistreated our loved one. They didn’t have the proper permits to transport his body either. This place cuts corners, they are disrespectful to both the living and the dead. Do not use them if you want to have your loved ones services handled with care and respect. We will be filing a complaint with the Texas funeral commission.
