In March, my wife suddenly passed away. It was her wish to be cremated without a formal funeral service or a memorial service. I did not know who to call, then I remembered hearing about Gramer's facility in Shelby Township. I contacted Paul and he was extremely professional in explaining what my options were and assuring me that my wife would be treated with respect. Monica was very helpful in explaining the process and the various fees. She and my daughter-in-law selected an urn that reflected my wife's life. Without Paul and Monica, I am not sure that I would have been able to remain calm at such a tragic moment. And I believe that the fees were reasonable and that Gramer can be trusted to limit the stress.
