Michael Castro was always very reliable in responding to my follow up questions; even those that I've had from my home in Maryland. It's not always possible or even practical to speak with him by phone. So, he is outstanding at answering you by text. I found this actually to be preferable to phone calls as the answers were particular and easier to understand in real time.
