The outstanding customer service Clifton gave me to find my dad‘s gravesite ,on his birthday! Meant the world to me.. I have trusted Forest Hill Memorial cemetery with my father grandmother grandfather aunts and uncles thank you guys for always being there for her my family❤️

Awful such an awful place. How they live with themselves is beyond me. It took over six weeks to have my Uncle cremated. Charged over $4000 just to cremate him, no services, no embalming, no transport, nothing. They won't answer the phone, they do not return calls. We had to drive over 80 miles one way on two occasions just to check on the status on him. It's been over two months and we still haven't received a death certificate. Sad way to treat grieving families. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then there's my mother's grave, I'll let the pictures say what needs to be said. Edit: New photos 4/22/2022 Buried my Aunt and Uncle after waiting 7 weeks for the cremation. We had to wallow around in mud and water like hogs. And an update on my mother's tombstone, a year and a half later there still isn't a plaque on it with her name after paying for it in October 2020. We have about 14 family members buried here. No more! Wish I could move them elsewhere! Sad way to treat people.

This is the worst funeral home I have EVER had to visit. They are very unprofessional. As our family walked in, there was no one to greet us, everyone sitting in an office to the right laughing and being unattentive, had a small TV for video display sitting to the left. People 3 rows back could not even see. Taking my uncle to the grave site, as he was being placed, the director or whoever he was clearly seen the flag was not placed right and got caught on the rollers. Causing the grandson to help lift the casket to correct the flag. Gun fire going off as the family was walking to sit for the final farewell. The director or attendant taking off the wrong medallions off the casket having to be replaced. Not informing the family my uncle was being placed upside down for a reason, not even a week later and all flowers being removed, not including the cost for such a horrible experience and basically a noncaring disrespectful farewall to not only our family but a heavily decorated medal Korean War veteran. I would NOT recommend using them for your loved ones final resting place
