Ok let's start off with saying Eric an Rita are now apart of my family . They were the absolute best people to have with you in your time of grief. There compaction for the situation is so wonderful you would think there family member passed. Rita on her side had my dad looking amazing I can't thank you enough for everything you did Eric and his team had the gravesite ready and looking amazing The team at Covington memorial are really amazing 👏🏿 Thanks again for all you did for our family

The funeral directors and staff have always been very kind and compassionate. However, the maintenance of the grounds is very poor. I understand the mowing is done by a 3rd party but it would be nice if they would blow the grass clippings off of the markers after they are done mowing. I had to scrape a lot of dead wet grass clippings off of my husband’s marker before I could even see the name. It was totally covered, as were many other markers. In my opinion, that should be a responsibility of the mowing service.

If I could have left a review without any stars, I would have. My mother passed in November. Her funeral was in December. About a week before the funeral I had to change funeral homes and cemeteries. What they were trying to charge me over $10k for, a better cemetery was less than half. I canceled everything and almost 6months later, I'm still being billed. Each month I continue to get billed it's like a reset all over again. I pray that no other family has this experience. How dare you treat people in such a manor during the worse time of their live? The general manager was supposed to call me, according to Kevin. I'm still waiting on a call. Since that broken promise, I'm still getting billed. Covington Memorial will never have the privilege of having any of my loved ones buried there if it's within my ability. I will never do business with them. I wouldn't want them to bury a dead fish, let alone a loved one. But as always, the staff that dropped the ball will have to reap what they sow. Pay attention people. All of the 5 star reviews have the same thing in common and it's not because they all used the same cemetery.
