Communication is not their strongest asset. Ordered a black and chrome casket. The day of the services, we get a call that casket wasn't available. But a better choice was made by the home! Yall selling people dreams. And taking people money, to tell someone the day of what they wanted was never available. Yall shady. But there was no price change for the better casket. Tell that to a blind man. I asked these people since day 1! My main request was his finger prints! The day of service, told me they had them, then all of a sudden they'll get it to me. This was the worst experience I've ever been through! I'd never recommend these people. The funeral home itself is falling to the ground. The casket was chipped. Had dents and dings on it. His name lettering was off. These people made my experience more horrible than I could have ever imagined. And not to mention the gossiping and lies after the fact.

I would give a 5 star. But I just can't. All bc of Mel. I needed to park in the disabled space. But he told me no that the rest was for the family. In which respected to the fullest. But as Mel was telling her the same thing she told him that she had a decal. And let her go park up close. He then tells me I look like I'm healthy by the face. I told him looks can be deceiving. And they are. Bc I told him I walk with a assistance and the older lady doesn't. But I didn't make a big fuss. I just walked my cripple self up there. But everything was SURPERB . THE OTHER STAFF AND THE SINGING WAS WONDERFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.
