The day I came into Newcomer to make the arraignment for my stepfather, I was having a panic attack … I could not breath and Chelsea right away demonstrated her concern towards me by asking; What can I do for you? What can I get you? Also she reassured me that she was going to answer all our questions and take as much time we needed .. At that moment is when I realized the special care NewComer has to make sure they can make this difficult time as smooth as possible. She explain everything very detailed, with a lot of patience as the many questions we had. After explaining all the details when me and my 85 yr old mother left we felt super confident of choosing Newcomer for all the funeral service. Here comes the day of the viewing and what a pleasant experience, we did our service on a Sunday and they had 3 wonderful workers during our service. They took care of us like family ! I have dealt with Newcomer Funeral Home two times within a year and a day apart for my parents. I had worked with Andy for my father and Chelsea for my mother. They were so understanding and comforting during both hard times. They helped to make sure all plans were complete and correct. During the Funeral Service and Burial there was always a staff present that was so caring and attentative to anyone's needs. When all was done and went back to the burial site, the flowers were placed so beautifully around the burial lot. Thank you so much.

My sister and I had the unfortunate experience of losing our mother. Our family was so distraught, and didn't know even know where to begin.
