Unfortunately, seems like they have a weak link. Names spelled incorrectly in obituary, family not being informed of plans, several unreturned phone calls. Hopefully the next family has a better experience when a loved one passes. Integrity, self-control, attention to detail, concern for others...just a few traits that every funeral employee should have...
