The people at Chappell funeral home are absolutely wonderful, they were very caring and kind in my family's time of need.

We received wonderful service from Chappell Funeral Home when my mother passed away in June. She had chosen to be cremated. Chappell was prompt in picking her up. Very respectful and gentle with my mom and with all of us (her children). She was cremated and returned to us within a week. I would highly recommend their services.

Since my dads death Chappells has added charges to his pre-paid funeral that we believed had already been paid. They say there is not paperwork to support what was paid and the employee that did this is no longer with them. I believe they have taken advantage in a moment of grief. Would not recommend!! UPDATE: a week or so after dad’s passing, Chappells did call mom and told her they found (reread 🤷🏻‍♀️) the paper work and that they were mistaken. They refunded her all the additional charges that were added on.
