We received 5 star service from everyone at Cabot & Sons. Everything was done impeccably. My Mom's body was picked up within 2 hours after her death. Staff were so respectful. She was made up so beautifully. We were informed before hand that there might be a delay in cremation schedule (still a back up from Covid) but we received her ashes in less than a month. And that includes the death certificates. When you're grieving, you don't need the added stress of the wake, memorial service, burial/cremation. We are very pleased that we chose Cabot & Sons.

My dad unexpectedly passed away the last week of December 2023. When my sister and I got to my parents' house, the paramedics had already left and the Pasadena Police were there. We weren't sure on next steps and the officer recommended we try calling Cabot & Sons. They picked up right away and told us they would be on their way to the house. The three of us ended up heading over there a few hours later to discuss what we wanted to do. Everyone was very kind and patient and assisted my mom with necessary paperwork. We ultimately had my dad cremated and we came back the following week with our family to pick up his ashes. The whole experience was not stressful at all and they were very accommodating and professional throughout the whole thing.
