This funeral home had my father and on the Obituary, the family members name's was spelled wrong, and I tried calling to report this, and was given the runaround. The spray that was on my father, it looked as though someone hand picked the flowers. The suit that was on him looked as though he was at a high school dance. Very tacky. I called 3 different times and left my number for Mallory to return my call, and never got one return call. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one. Look For Better Service Elsewhere!

The whole experience has been terrible. Upon arrival to discuss my son-in-law's cremation, my daughter and my husband waited in a waiting room where one member of the staff, an older lady, carried on a loud conversation with an older gentleman about their relationship and why she didn't call him when [because] he was still married to his wife!!! A bunch of loud, unprofessional, personal business right in front of everyone. Also, this person had a very loud TV playing "The Price is Right." IN A FUNERAL HOME WAITING AREA. My grieving daughter asked if it could be turned off, and the staff member said "Why?" Like they don't even understand what professionalism IS. My daughter didn't handle any of this well. She expected a regular funeral home experience. You know what I mean. Soft voices, caring people, quiet, considerate, peaceful atmosphere. This place was NONE of those. If someone in your family passes away in Macon, don't let the hospital send your loved one's body to this place. My daughter did not know any better; she is a young widow only 27 years old. My daughter figured every mortician is the same and she was badly mistaken. These people gossiped about her to other people, told my ex husband to have someone else (besides her) pick up the ashes, HUNG UP the phone when she called about the ashes, answered with WHAT DO YOU WANT when she called back. It's just horrible. The most horrible funeral home I have ever heard of I am shocked at the lack of professionalism in this place.

They were so unprofessional I came from Virginia drove 10 hours had an appointment at 1 they did not write it down this was April 1st they told me it will be 2 weeks to have my son ashes delivered to my door they charged me $100 and a car today and he told me that his ashes is just sitting in the funeral home please anyone in Georgia don’t go to this place I do not want your experience your last experience, your worst experience to be heartbreaking like mine I want my son ashes in the holding them smh
