Scott and his staff at Behner Funeral home were amazing. They helped us say good bye to mom with grace and dignity, starting with the difficult call I had to make when mom passed in Cedar Rapids on a Friday afternoon. Scott started working that evening and he and his team were available by phone anytime during the days, evenings and weekends throughout the entire planning process (we had to plan over a weekend). They offered options without pressure. They allowed us to include all grandchildren and great grandchildren as well...something mom would have loved. Our experience with Behner made the good bye as seamless as it could be. I would highly recommend them.

Scott Brown and Grace are wonderful and caring and if you need a funeral home in Fairfield, IA or vicinity you will be pleased with their services at Behner Funeral Home. My sister passed away at a local nursing home and as the only sibling still living, I was in charge of seeing that her wishes were granted. I live in Phoenix, AZ so there were many emails and texts with Scott and he made everything work. I am so grateful for his help and compassion!
