The makeup person had my grandmother’s makeup too dark. Which caused the public viewing to be delayed. We gave them a picture of her. Also, the programs and cards were off and cut to close at the edges. The family viewing time, there were 3 other families. Nothing was private. There were spelling errors on the cards as well. We were very disappointed.
