Have been trying for over a year to get a receipt for payment. Had to hire a law firm to pursue a receipt. Unbelievable! I have a cancelled check for payment, but despite over 10 messages left, no return call. Do not live in area so forced to make a trip to Kingston, just to get an itemized receipt. Totally unresponsive to all pleas. Need receipt to close estate.
